Bill worked in the Accounts department at Monsanto from 1965 until 1981 when he changed direction and became a financial adviser with Allied Dunbar. In 1991 he established W.J. Gibson & Co. and has been providing independent advice to clients ever since. He is a member of the Chartered Insurance Institute and Personal Finance Society.

David graduated from Queen's University, Belfast with a Law degree in 2000. He joined W.J. Gibson & Co. in 2001. He has obtained Diploma status in Financial Planning and
continues to study to obtain further advanced qualifications in financial services. David is a member of the Chartered Insurance Institute, the Personal Finance Society and the Institute of Financial Planning.
David is also the Treasurer for Patchwork, a local charity providing emotional and practical support for people, helping them to rebuild their lives after trauma or crisis.

Derek has been working in the financial services sector since joining Pearl Assurance in July 1984. He became Sales Manager at Pearl before becoming the Area Manager with overall responsibility for the Compliance of the area financial advisers. He joined W.J. Gibson & Co. in 2001 and is a member of the Chartered Insurance Institute and Personal Finance Society.

Kate has much experience working in the financial services sector having worked with Pearl Assurance from 1991. She began her career with Pearl as District Office Clerk before progressing to PA to the District Manager and finally as a Branch Marketing Associate. In 2001 she left Pearl and joined W.J. Gibson & Co.
